The last week has been horrific. The worst and most extensive mass racist violence for 100 years.
Full solidarity with all who stood up to be counted against the pogroms in the last 7 days. Well done. Whatever your politics; win, lose or draw. Be proud. We are bloodied but unbowed.
What we are seeing across the UK is not an accident, not a one off, not random. It is the natural outcome of years of normalised racism, dehumanisation of Muslims, Black and Brown people, migrants and refugees.
What we do now, is what antifascists have always done – fight back. Join us. Join your local groups, attend demonstrations, protect the most vulnerable in society, because they are OUR community.
